After making her Test debut in 2008, Kimberlee Green was a permanent fixture in the Australian team until she announced her retirement following the 2015 Netball World Cup in Sydney.

Green missed only 15 Tests during her seven-year international career and finished as a two-time world champion – 2011 and 2015 – and Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist in 2014.

Green served as joint vice-captain of the Australian team at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and stood in for two Tests as acting captain against England in the 2014 Test Series when Laura Geitz was injured.

She was part of NSW Swifts side that won the inaugural ANZ Championship title in 2008 after playing in triumphant back-to-back Commonwealth Bank Trophy teams in 2006-07.
