Regarded as the world’s best shooter during an international career that spanned 15 years, Vicki Wilson was known for her pinpoint accuracy.
The last four years of her career were spent as national captain as she led Australia to gold medal success at the 1998 Commonwealth Games.
Vicki hung up her netball skirt after captaining Australia to their third straight World Championship victory at the end of the 1999 World championships.
She was the first player in Australian netball history to clock up 100 Test caps in the green and gold.
