With a trio of Diamonds legends - Laura Geitz, Madi Robinson and Susan Pettitt - choosing to call time on their international careers this week, Australia is waiting with baited breath to find out who will make up the squad that will contest the International Test Series.
Will there be more surprises? Will some players earn a recall? Will there be new faces?
All will be revealed on Sunday, 15 July, when Samsung Diamonds coach Lisa Alexander announces the team at half-time of the huge clash between the Queensland Firebirds and GIANTS Netball.
While the squad will be trimmed again as the opening Quad Series game approaches, with less than 12 months until the 2019 World Cup, a spot on the Diamonds roster now will be important for players to push their claims for selection.
The Diamonds kick off the Quad Series against South Africa's SPAR Proteas on Saturday, 15 September, before taking on the England Roses on Wednesday, 19 July. Their last game will be against the New Zealand Silver Ferns on Sunday, 23 September.
To cap a huge month of international netball, the Diamonds will then face the Silver Ferns again in a four-Test Constellation Cup series, with games in Brisbane on Sunday, 7 October, and Townsville on Wednesday, 10 October, before they fly out to New Zealand for matches on Sunday, 14 October and Thursday, 18 October.
Tune in from 1pm AEST on Sunday as the Firebirds take on the Giants to find out which players have made the squad.
