The Origin Australian Diamonds will host the England Roses in a three match test series this September, with the final match to be played in Bendigo.
In partnership with the Victorian Government through Visit Victoria and supported by the City of Greater Bendigo, the match will be played at Bendigo Stadium on Wednesday 25 September at 7:00pm AEST.
The Premier of Victoria Jacinta Allan made the announcement in Bendigo today alongside Netball Australia CEO Stacey West and Origin Australian Diamonds Joanna Weston and Kate Moloney.
The Diamonds last played in Bendigo in 2014 – also marking the last time the national team has played in regional Victoria.
In addition to the match, Visit Victoria will work with Netball Australia and Netball Victoria to deliver a training clinic in Bendigo with Origin Australian Diamonds players and local primary school students later in the year.
The locations of the first and second matches of the England Series will be announced shortly.
