Netball fans will have the chance to meet the Origin Australian Diamonds in Melbourne this Sunday before they travel to South Africa for the 2023 Netball World Cup.
Presented by the Diamonds platinum partner Visit Victoria, the World Cup Send Off will be held at Waverley Netball Centre this Sunday 16 July from 9am to 11am AEST.

Fans will hear from the Origin Australian Diamonds World Cup team and head coach Stacey Marinkovich, have a chance to meet their heroes in a signing session, and experience the Clubhouse – which includes a half-court for netball fun.
Origin Australian Diamonds captain Liz Watson said the team couldn’t wait to meet fans this Sunday.
“We can’t wait to say farewell to our Australian netball fans ahead of the 2023 Netball World Cup,” Watson said.
“We hope to see as many fans as possible this Sunday, and we can’t wait to represent the green and gold on the international stage.”

The Diamonds, the reigning Commonwealth Games gold medallists, will start their 2023 Netball World Cup campaign on Friday 28 July against Zimbabwe.
